ROYAL VALLEY ESTATES LTD (RVE) is a Limited Liability Company incorporated in Ghana and is a member of the Ghana Real Estates Developers Association (GREDA). RVE is dedicated to providing affordable luxury housing estates in Ghana

ROYAL VALLEY ESTATES LTD. has a land Title certificate on 50.103 acre land which includes the GOLDEN PRIDE APARTMENTS and the GOLDEN PRIDE SINGLE STOREY HOMES at Royal Valley and has also obtained Development and Building Permit from the Kpone Katamanso Municipal Assembly, Accra.

ROYAL VALLEY ESTATES LTD. has also acquired an indenture on 961 acres of land for the ATLANTIC CITY AFFORDABLE HOUSING at Apam Junction in, Gomoa Abrekum, Central Region

DIRECTORS

Mr Philip Amuzu

Mr. Philip Amuzu has a B.Sc (Design Architecture) from the University of Science and Technology Kumasi, Ghana as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from the same University. He is an Associate Member of the Ghana Institute of Architects and Architects Registration Council.

Mr John Edward Cobbina

Mr. Cobbina holds an MSc in Engineering Project Management and a Bachelors Degree in Building Technology. He has acquired skill over the last 8 year working in various capacities as Project Manager or a Cost estimator.

Mr Charles Kwaku Semavor

Mr. Charles Kwaku Semavor attended the St. Peter Marian High School in Worcester MA, USA where he obtained High School Diploma in May 2004. Further, he obtained Associate Degree in management from the Quinsigamon Community College in Worcester MA, USA in May 2006

Mr Vincent Semavor

Mr. Vincent Semavor was born on January 23, 1992. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) United Kingdom. He also obtained a Grade 2 in Chinese Language from the Liaoning University, China. He obtained an A Level Certificate from Brentwood School, United Kingdom in the year 2009. .

Mr Ernest Sefa Semavor

Mr. Ernest Sefa Semavor is a young but dynamic Accountant who graduated from the Northeastern University in Boston, USA with the Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He had earlier obtained an Associate Degree in Business Administration (‘High Honors’) from Quinsigamon Community College, Worcester MA, USA.
